I had to have an emergency appointment to fix a cracked tooth. Within 2 1/2 hours of my initial call I was walking out with it all fixed! Absolutely stellar service from everyone at the practice. Very positive, professional and friendly manner from everyone I met and they were very helpful all the way through.
Id' rather not have had to go in the first place but I'm glad that I chose here!
Can not praise Bridge Street Dental enough for the kindness and empathy shown to my cause. I rang for an emergency appointment and was given one by Sara for the very next day (I had been told by My Dentist December). I saw Mika who was very efficient and empathic within her treatment of me and can not thank Mika and Sara and all staff enough
Always a great experience with Bridge Street! Visited yesterday for my hygiene appointment with Kath & Sara who were great. I’ve also had a root canal and other cosmetic treatment undertaken by Mika who is amazing! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental practice. 5 stars to all the staff!
Absolutely fantastic dentist. As someone who finds the dentist a rather scary place to be, Bridge Street are amazing. They really take the time to make you feel at ease. So much so, I now visit their lovely hygienist on a regular basis as well as having had my teeth recently straightened. I never thought I'd feel so comfortable in a dentist. Mika is so nice. She is gentle and very patient. I wouldn't visit any other dental practice. If anyone is in need of a private dental practice do not hesitate to contact them.
Hygiene appointment today was absolutely brilliant! Very thorough scale, clean and polish removing all staining. Great advice and tips from Katherine and a very understanding and caring approach by both Katherine and Angie. Many thanks, highly recommend a visit.
Mika is a very caring professional dentist. Sara brilliant fitted my husband in for an immediate appointment for a tooth extraction. Angie the dental nurse was caring and helpful. All in all a very good experience at this dental practice 5 ⭐️ practice
"Can't thank them enough. After my last dentist messed my veneers up I was completely put off going to a dentist. These guys make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. I have been 3 times over the last 6 weeks and now have the veneers I always should have had. It's a 120 mile round trip to get to them which is a long way but it's worth travelling every mile. I will always use them from now on and would advise anyone to do the same. Thanks again to everyone that works there!!!"
